He was predeceased by: his wife Dora Ramsey; his parents, Louis Ramsey and Hassie Louise Ramsey; and his brothers, Charles Ramsey, Louis Ramsey and Herschel Ramsey.
He is survived by: his children, Betty McCord, James Martin Ramsey and Tony Ray Ramsey; and his grandchildren, Dustin Aurilio, Nichole Aurilio and Ashley Aurilio. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the W. T Wilson Funeral Chapel (2226 Main St Shiloh, Rainsville, AL 35986). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
