He was predeceased by : his parents, Doris Louise and Elvis Watkins of Henagar. He is survived by : his wife Patti Blalock Watkins; his daughter Stephani Chaney (David); his granddaughters, Isabella Chaney and Lorelai Chaney; his sister-in-law Lynn Blalock; and his nephews, Rocky Blalock, Jesse Blalock, Dylan Blalock (Linsay) and Jason Watkins.
