We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2025, at the age of 96, Ann M. Davis of Valley, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mathison and Annie Mathison; and her husband Edward R. Davis, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Ann Davis, Kay D. Perryman (Tom), Ed R. Davis III (Dolly) and Mike Davis (Re); her grandchildren, Greg D. Rice, Ginger R. Lubinger (Erik), Jill R. Turner (Michael), Ed R. Davis IV (Emily), Calli Gagnon (Chris), Jena Hudmon (Jonathan), Jade Hudmon (Blake) and Hannah Davis (Stewart); her great grandchildren, Lilli, Ellison, Keller, Reese, Max, John Lawrence, Caty Mae, Jack Roger, Addisyn and Karsen; and her brother James Wesley Mathison.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Shelby Memory Gardens (8586 AL-25, Calera, AL 35040).
In lieu of flowers, the family of Mrs. Davis asks that donations be made in her memory to Shawmut Methodist Church or to Valley Haven School.
