He was predeceased by: his parents, A. C. Tolbert and Opal Bass Tolbert; and his sister Betty Sue Hoppe. He is survived by: his brother Bobby Tolbert (Linda); his nieces and nephews, Beth Cork (Nathan), Julianne Pigg (Kevin), Matt Tolbert (Lisa), Eddie Hoppe and Robert Hoppe; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Racheal Morse, Samantha Pigg, Sidney Hoppe, Tiffany Tolbert, Tinsley Tolbert, Sarah Cork, Brenden Hoppe, Christopher Hoppe and Alex Cork.
