He was predeceased by: his father Frankie; his grandfather Bill Raughton; and his stepbrother Josh Barber. He is survived by: his mother Mandy Barber (Jamie); his brother Jamie Chappell (Shelby); his grandparents, Reeba Raughton, Charles Chappell (Mary) and Jessi Magbee (Allen); his nephew Jamison Chappell; his uncles, Ray Raughton (Jennifer), Billy Raughton and Lee Chappell (Stephanie); his great-aunt Beverly Toland (Frank); his stepbrother Conner Barber; and his stepmother Alana Chappell.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854).
