It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Roe of Valley, Alabama, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Jessie Aubrey Roe and Hillian Pear Roe; and her brothers, Donald Aubrey Roe and Marcus Lee Roe. She is survived by : her husband Thomas Shirley; her children, Randy Tilley and Catherine Ledford; and her sister-in-law Cathy Roe.
In lieu of flowers, Charlotte's family asks that donations be made to the Beulah Baptist Church Building Fund, 5500 Lee Road 270, Valley, AL, 36854, in her memory.
