We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2021, at the age of 78, Charlotte S. Copeland of Valley, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Simpler and Ozie Simpler Moore; and her sister Lydia Simpler. She is survived by : her husband Jere "Ragman" Copeland; her sons, Todd Sanders and Scotty Sanders; her siblings, Miriam Hoyt, James "Jimmy" Simpler, Julia Gauntt and Keith Moore; her grandchildren, Garrett Sanders (Megan), Logan Sanders, Gunnar Sanders and Trice Sanders; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Jaxon and Weston Sanders. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fairview Baptist Church Building Fund, 600 River Rd., Valley, AL 36854.
