He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hadaway and Vera Mae Hadaway; his stepmother Vivian Hadaway; his brothers, Kenneth Hadaway, Rolyn Hadaway and Gary Hadaway; his sister-in-law Elaine Hadaway; his grandson Sergeant Brandon Hadaway; and his sister-in-law Sherry Hadaway.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Ann Hadaway; his children, Gene Hadaway (Sheryle), Cynthia Alewine (Billy) and Teresa Darby (Fletcher); his grandchildren, Tommy Starling (Charlotte), Clint Starling (Beth), Tabitha Thomas (Stephen), Michael Hadaway (Phalisha), Brittany Hadaway McDonald, Tiffany Campbell, Hayle Yarbrough, Donnie Crews (Rachael), Darlene Johnson (Chad), Jonathan Moore (Elizabeth) and Samantha Moore; his siblings, Barry Hadaway, Sterling Hadaway, Janice Holman (Van) and Jeff Hadaway (Pam); and his sisters-in-law, Tommie Lou Hadaway and Sheila Hadaway.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Fairfax Congregational Holiness Church (316 River Rd, Valley, AL 36854).
