She is survived by: her husband James Randy Newton; her children, Jason Randall Newton and Heather Michelle Smith (Paul); her grandchildren, A. J. and Caroline Smith; and her brother Ray Stearns (Sherry). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
