It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Sue Wilson of Valley, Alabama, who passed away on June 23, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Debra leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She is survived by: her significant other Ray Anthony; her son James Russell Smith; her sister Fay Anemaet (Peter D.); her niece Christy Wynkoop; her nephew Donald J. Anemaet (Katherine); and her great-nieces, Grace Wynkoop and Faith Smith.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854).
