With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Christopher Ogle (Valley, Alabama), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 28, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sarah Watts Ogle; his parents, Faye B. McLeroy and George W. Ogle; his grandparents, Magdleane Richardson Myers, Alton Blanton and Mildred Tingle Blanton Fowler of Cowpens, SC.; his children, Christin Ogle Dunn (Steven) of Savanah, GA and Stephen Christopher Ogle (Mary) of Opelika, AL; his grandchildren, Breelyn, Kadyn Dunn and Lucian; his sisters, Kathy Ogle Hornsby and Angelia Ogle Weldon; his nieces and nephews, Lindsey Clifton (Logan), River Weldon, Hunter Hornsby and Ashton Weldon; and his uncles, Julian Myers (Donna) and F. M. Myers (Debbie).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854).
