She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie J. Bailey and Connie Bailey; and her siblings, Randy Bailey, Tonya Moore and Billy Bailey.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Williams; her daughters, Savannah Black (Alexander) and Sydnee Rhodes (Bain); her grandchildren, Exton and Gibson Black; and her sister Angel Smith (Shannon).
