She was predeceased by : her parents, John Tom White and Kate Breedlove White; and her sister Sara Lynn White Carter. She is survived by : her brother-in-law Bobby H. Carter; her nephews, Greg Carter (Tammy) and David Carter (Theresa); and her niece Gina Carter Cundiff (Stacey).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in Gail's memory to the Langdale Congregational Christian Church.
