It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanette Smith (Valley, Alabama), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on August 23, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her son John Vernon Smith, Jr.. She is survived by : her husband Vernon Smith; her son Marc Smith (Karen); her grandsons, Jonathan Smith (Kera), Elijah Smith (Hosanna) and Isaac Smith (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Asa, Eden, Emery and Eva.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blanton Baptist Church or to Chattahoochee Hospice.
