With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laura Thompson of Valley, Alabama, born in West Point, Georgia, who passed away on November 14, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sharon Daniel and Freddie Daniel; and her mother-in-law Peggy Thompson. She is survived by: her husband David Thompson; and her sons, Joseph Olko, Joshua Thompson and Jordan Thompson.
