He is survived by : his children, Joshua Carlisle of Dalton and Colette Carlisle of Brunswick; his brother Doug; his sister-in-law Kathy Carlisle of Montana; his sister Kim; his brother-in-law Mike Sharp of Jacksonville; his girlfriend Kathy Sinks of Valley; and his grandchildren, Robert Serafine, Nicholas Serafine, Hunter Carlisle, Asheton Carlisle, Molly Carlisle and Riley Carlisle.
