It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillie Mae McCard of Valley, Alabama, who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Arthur "Mack" McCard; her father Henry; her children, Rachel Dunaway, Larry McCard and Gary McCard; and her sisters, Pearlie Jones, Annie Ruth Smith and Aileen Cotney.

She is survived by : her children, Jean Beck (John), Bennie McCard, Becky Smith and Raetta Nash; her grandchildren, Neal Spear, Douglas Melton (Tammy), Michael Dunaway, Anita Scott (Donnie), Cathy Smith (Ryan), Lisa Nash, Bennie Joseph McCard, Jr. and Claire Moody; and her sister Ethel Aikens.
