He is survived by: his wife Ann Underwood; his sons, Curt and Hunter Underwood; his stepchildren, Rendee Gullatt and Phillip Gullatt; his niece Shay Abrams (Mike); his nephew Josh Underwood (Sarah); his father-in-law Phillip Reynolds; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Barrett (Chuck) and JoLynn Wilkins.
