It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Opal Smith of Valley, Alabama, born in Franklin, Georgia, who passed away on November 20, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Smith of Smith's Photo Shop. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Kevin Powell, Kristin Wright and Katherine Klinger; her son-in-law Leon Brown; and her stepgrandson Harold Brown.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Harmony Memorial Park Cemetery (6415 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, Lanett, AL 36863).
