He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Moore and Catherine Moore. He is survived by: his wife Carol Moore; his sons, Craig Moore (Angie) of Valley and Scott Moore (Leslie) of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Cole, Beth, Hayden and Hudson Moore; and his sisters, Susan Thompson and Pam Cox.
