She is survived by : her husband Carl Oates; her daughters, Kimberly Vargas and Allison Rocha; her grandchildren, Brandy Helton, Conner Neese, Christian Rocha, Savannah Vargas and Adriana Rocha; and her great grandchildren, Haylie Helton, Jade Helton and Sophia Neese. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
