In the sacred silence of farewell, Frances is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Vandiver and Valera Vandiver (Box); and her sisters, Martha Shepard and Mary Conner. She is survived by: her children, Ben Harrison (Lisa) of Vernon, AL and Carrie Watts (Steve) of Vernon, AL; her granddaughter Anna Claire Lee (Chase) of Orange Beach, AL; her great grandchild Micah Lee of Orange Beach, AL; her nieces, Carol Johnson of Topeka, KS and Pat Sims of Columbus, MS; and her nephew Gene Shephard of Columbus, MS.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Vernon City Cemetery.
