He is survived by: his mother Norma Jo Myers Clardy; his sons, Zack Clardy, Chance Clardy, Dylan Washington (Monica) and Levi Washington; his grandsons, Jameson O'Neal Washington, Greyson Ray Washington and Koen Jay Washington; and his siblings, Diane Clardy, Eddie Clardy and Earl Clardy (Lisa). He is also survived by his wife, sons, and grandsons.
