She was predeceased by: her parents, Merdell Lawrence and Doris Lawrence of Vernon, AL.. She is survived by: her husband Glen Chism; her sons, Wesley Chism (Sonia) of Winfield, AL and Tommy Chism (Rachel) of Vernon, AL.; her brother Loyt Lawrence; her sister-in-law Shirley Chism; her grandchildren, Daniel Chism (Devon), Kaylee Carr (Ethan), Jacob Chism, Noah Chism, Will Allen Chism and Luke Chism; and her great grandchild Reagan Chism. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethel Church of Christ (12612 AL-18, Vernon, AL 35592). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Judy's memory to Lighthouse 5:14, 1505 Crossley Road, Vernon, AL 35592.
