She is survived by: her sons, Todd Patrick (Tammy) of Vernon, AL and Toby Patrick of Vernon, AL; her grandsons, Brandon (Beth) of Vernon, AL and Blake Patrick (Tosha) of Vernon, AL; her great grandchildren, Ashleigh, Allie, Emma and Avery Patrick; and her brother Hubert Butler (Sara). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
