He is survived by: his mother Gladys Crosswhite of Vernon, AL; and his children, Avery Allen (Jessica) of Sheffield, AL, Michael Wayne Allen II of Sulligent, AL and April Clemmons (Michael) of Sheffield, AL.. He is also survived by Nephews: 3 Nieces.
