She was predeceased by: her husband Carey Allen Mizzell; her daughter Teresa Ponder (Pete); her grandson Brian Ponder; and her daughter-in-law Angela Mizzell. She is survived by: her children, Mike Mizzell (Deborah), Carey Len Mizzell, Suzie Bishop (Paul) and David Mizzell (Karen); and her grandchildren, Kristie Ponder, Lindsey Kissic, Kayla Caine, Michael Mizzell, Heather Ponder, Jordan Mizzell, Jenni Sylestine, DJ Mizzell and Matthew Bishop. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Radney-Smith Funeral Home (320 N Elm Ave, Sylacauga, AL 35150). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Evergreen Mausoleum (1501 Talladega Hwy, Sylacauga, AL 35150).
