He was predeceased by: his wife Dianne B. O'Neal; and his parents, Clarence O'Neal and Winnie O'Neal. He is survived by: his children, Howard O'Neal (DeeDee), Brandy O'Neal, Jennifer Barclay (John) and Catherine O'Neal; and his siblings, Mary Ann Sauls (John) and Hugh O'Neal (Jan). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
