We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2024, at the age of 81, Charles Kenneth Rowell Sr. of Vinegar Bend, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Charles leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Rowell and Mamie Rowell; and his brothers, Orey Rowell, Calvin Rowell and Gary Rowell.

He is survived by : his children, Charles Kenneth Rowell Jr. and Sonya Brown; and his siblings, Melvin Rowell, Dorothy Gibson, Linda Cirlot and Rita Leisure. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rowell Family Cemetery (451 Lewis Ln, Vinegar Bend, AL 36584).
