He is survived by: his wife Gail Newburn; his sons, Garrett Newburn and Lance Newburn (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Georgia (Nate), Brody, Parker and Pate; and his brothers, Jerry Newburn and Mark Newburn (Toni). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Freeman Funeral Home (19180 Center St, Citronelle, AL 36522). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at the Deer Park Cemetery Deer Park Cemetery (191 Deer Park Cemetery, Deer Park, AL 36529).
