He is survived by: his wife Linda Skinner; his children, Scotty Skinner (Tanya), Amy Whitaker (Mike), Lisa Holt (Chris), Tera Skinner (Seth Givens) and Natasha Talley (Wendell); his brother Chester Skinner; his grandchildren, Sierra Baldwin (Kevin), Savanah Vandiver (Ben), Abby Miller (Dustin), Malachi Holt, Makinnon Holt, Ethan Bagwell, Elizabeth Bagwell, Bryant Talley and Keylee Talley; and his great grandchildren, Ava Baldwin, Eliza Baldwin and Thomas Miller.
