He is survived by: his children, Barry Hogan, Tim Hogan and Sabrina Puckett (Mike); his grandchildren, Tiffany Bain (Ryan) and Blake Puckett; and his great grandchildren, Darci Bain, Anya Bozle and Abigail Champion. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
