She was predeceased by: her mother Ozell Walden; her husbands, Gary Dacus and Edward Stephens; her siblings, Norman Bartlett, Bobby Walden and Kathy Walden; and her son Eddie Stephens.
She is survived by: her siblings, Terry Eddy and Barbara Wright; her grandchildren, Brittany Smith (Justin) and Trenton Stephens (Rebecca); her great grandchildren, Kaylee Rogers, Bentley Wren and Aubrey Wren; and her nephew Brian Wright.
