He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sanders-Hawkins and Maude Sanders-Hawkins; his son Harvey Hawkins (Kim); his nephews, Craig Gorham and Gary Hawkins; his brothers, Joe Hawkins and Allen Hawkins; and his siblings-in-law, John Gorham and Linda Hawkins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Hawkins and Gail Gorham; his nieces and nephews, Stacey Smith (Justin), Carol Harris (Bruce), Paul Hawkins, Susan Casey (Brad), David Gorham (Brandy) and Mandy Waddell (Tim); his close friend Lee Wolf; and his sisters-in-law, Charlene Hawkins and Jayne Hawkins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hanceville Funeral Home (100 Michelle St NW, Hanceville, AL 35077). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel (100 Michelle St NW, Hanceville, AL 35077).
