She is survived by : her husband Stephen Self; her children, Kelley Hamilton, Crystal Foster (Anthony), Dusty Self (Amy), Jason Self (Tonya) and Casey Yocom (Nicole); her siblings, Diane Vardaman and David Wyatt; her grandchildren, Morgan Wood, Hannah Lynch, Owen Hamilton, Addy Hamilton, Cameron Self and Emmaline Self; and her great grandchild Kagan Lynch. She is also survived by her grandchildren and KK her great granddaughter.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Moss-Service Funeral Home (1901 2nd Ave NW, Cullman, AL 35055). A burial was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Cullman City Cemetery (812 9th Ave SW, Cullman, AL 35055).
