She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Stephens and Florence Irene Bish Stephens; her grandchildren, Lori Heather Smith and Michael Allen Smith; her husband Orval Smith; her son Michael Leroy Smith; and her daughter-in-law Angela Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven Smith, Jeffery Smith (Kathy) and Eric Smith (Pamela); her sister Judith Ann Brock; and her stepsister Kay Kerby (Dale). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren; eleven great-granchildren; one great, great-grandchild; and a host of family and friends.
