She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harris and Hazel Ordell Gunn Birchfield; her brother Jesse Lee Birchfield; and her great grandchild Robert Edward "Eddie" Bugg. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Bugg; her children, Carol Knight (Dale) of Wadley, Alan (Kathy) of Auburn and Randall (Mally) of Oneonta; her grandchildren, Suzanne Brown (Michael), Ellen Huckabay (George), Robby Bugg (Ann), Katy Conradson (Josh), Garris Bugg (Hailey), Caroline Megehee (Jacob) and Emily Whiteside (Peyton); and her great grandchildren, Lindsey, Bryce Brown, Will Huckabay, Jack, Milly Conradson, Lucy, Samuel, Joseph Bugg, Jane Megehee, Emerson Whiteside, Michael Brown, George Huckabay, Robby Bugg, Josh Conradson, Garris Bugg, Jacob Megehee and Peyton Whiteside. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends she loved.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Quattlebaum Funeral Home (319 College St, Roanoke, AL 36274). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel (319 College St, Roanoke, AL 36274).
