Though Joyce Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joyce Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her great grandchild Robert "Eddie" Edward Bugg; and her sister Pat Denney. She is survived by: her husband Jack Brand of Wadley; her daughters, Kathy Bugg (Alan) of Auburn and Pam Freeman (Wayne Thomas) of Alexander City; her brother Terry Williams (JaneAnn) of Newnan; and her parents, Roy Williams and Laverne Blanks Williams. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Olive Baptist Church (1333 Salem Rd, Franklin, GA 30217). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
