He is survived by: his wife Laraine Williams Mayfield; his children, Shannon Holloway of Roanoke and TJ Mayfield (Lacey) of Roanoke; his grandchildren, Coy Holloway (Dara), Cailey Crockett (Brett), Jaedan Minnifield, Cale Holloway, Cara Lee Holloway (Peyton) and Brooklyn Boggs; his pet Odie; and his siblings, Luvenia Shuman (Ben) of Niceville, FL, Nina Truelock (Chris) of Columbus, MS and Mike Heard (Brenda) of Roanoke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
