He is survived by: his wife Judith Pratt Winnett (Creel); his children, Bobby Roland Winnett (Laura), Steven Bruce Winnett (Kelly) and Kelly Lynn Winnett; his grandchildren, Julie Howard (Zac), Allison Brackett (Davy), Ryan Winnett, Molly Winnett, William Winnett, Charles-Ann Winnett and Andrew Trammell; his great grandchildren, Asher Howard, Alexander Howard, Annabelle Howard, Avery Howard and Olivia Brackett; and his siblings, Morris Winnett, Horace Winnett and Sheila Gregory.
