She is survived by : her husband Joe Lewis; her children, Allie and Alex Lewis; her mother Barbara Jean Leslie; her siblings, Donna (Kenny Polson) and Arthur Leslie; and her pet Annie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
