He is survived by: his wife Patricia A Spahn of Warrior, AL; his sister Marie Selcer (Herman) of Ocala, FL; his children, Frank "Butch" Spahn III (Shelia) of Warrior, AL, Jeffrey P. Spahn (Stacey) of Arley, AL and Traci L. Carlisle (Kenny) of Warrior, AL; and his sister-in-law Janna L. Good of Warrior, AL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
