She was predeceased by: her husbands, Bert Chappell and Thomas E. Nelson; her parents, Harold A. Creel and Ella Mae Marcum Whisonant; her grandson Dylan Chappell; and her sister Julia Whisonant.
She is survived by: her sons, Billy Chappell (Ginger) and Brian Chappell (Angie); her grandchildren, Hollyn Chappell (Steven Thrasher), Dalton Chappell, Branson Chappell and Jensen Chappell; and her siblings, Jeanette Whisonant and Jarret Whisonant (Samantha). She is also survived by nieces, extended family members and friends.
Due to Jacquline's deep love of animals, the family asks, that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to your favorite animal rescue or humane shelter in her honor.
