He is survived by: his wife Joylnn Reynolds; his children, Richard (Julie) and Michelle; his grandchildren, Clayton James "CJ" Wilkins and Kylie Wilkins; and his siblings, Albert Glenn Wilkins (Vicci) and Elizabeth Marie Wilkins Collier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
