He was predeceased by: his grandmother Judy Perry; and his brother Donald Lee Turner. He is survived by: his mother Jackie Lee Perry; his grandfather Donald Perry; his siblings, Damian Perry and Jamey Turner; and his siblings' children, Kylie Bryant and Jase Grooms. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
