He was predeceased by: his father Sidney Williams; his wife Bobbie; his grandson Marcus Sylvester; and his siblings, Eulene Lee (Sam), Augusta Berry (Steve), Estelle McLean (Ed), Ruth Lee (Harvey), Norris Williams (Francis) and Buford Williams (Juanita).
He is survived by: his children, Jessie Williams, Jr. (Betty), Betty Elmore (Brad) and Angie Williams; his grandchildren, Traci Barnett (Michael), Kimberly Pugh (Michael), Bobby Sylvester and Jonathan Sylvester; and his great grandchildren, Shelby Barnett, Brady Barnett, William Pugh, Benjamin Pugh, Canaan Sylvester, Noah Sylvester, Alysia Sylvester, Maylah Sylvester and Caleb Sylvester. He is also survived by his family and friends.
