We are sad to announce that, on September 23, 2022, at the age of 88, Joe Wilson of Warrior, Alabama, born in Trafford, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Shamblin Wilson and Ida Lee Wilson; his son Paul Douglas Wilson; and his brothers, Parker, Floyd, George, Paul, Jr., Carl, Roy and Sam.

He is survived by: his wife Fay Nix Wilson; and his children, Sharon Wilson Garrison (Jimmy), Bruce A. Wilson (Lisa), Johnny Manasco (Rebecca) and Bonney Manasco Musgrove (Jerry). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
