He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Turner and Catherine Hays Turner; his brother Richard Turner; and his grandson Justin Rylant. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jane Turner; his children, Patrick Turner (Amanda), Jarrod Turner (Kellye) and Jodi Williams; his grandchildren, Kristin, Anna, Kali Williams, Beth, Miranda Turner, Ali, Witten Irwin, Ansley Holder, Ethan and Ben Rylant; his great grandchildren, Ava Bay and Judson Cooper; and his siblings, Kathryn Suddeth, Patsy Collier and Jim Turner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
