He is survived by: his sons, David Michael Forsyth (Christie) and Martin Ward Forsyth (Angela); his grandchildren, Jenny Burttram (Adam), John Michael Forsyth, Katelyn Marie Cowie, Andrea Marie Forsyth, Cooper Davis Forsyth and Bry Mitchell (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Adaleigh Reece Burttram, Preston Mitchell and Mary McKenzie Daigneault; and his sister Kathy Theros (Billy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
