He is survived by: his wife Sonia Hilburn Patterson; his daughter Christina Patterson Glass; his granddaughters, Breanna Shadrick (Clint) and Alissa Glass; his great grandchildren, Saylor and Adaline Shadrick; his brother Mike Patterson (Jackie); his aunts, Lorene McCreless and Patricia Wheeles (Al); his nephews, Jeremy Patterson (Andrea) and Mark Patterson (Kaci); his great-nieces, Elliana McKinley and Reese Patterson; and his great-nephew Hilton Patterson.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home (225 Dana Rd, Warrior, AL 35180). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
